Josh Bellingham

Josh Bellingham (Licensed Physical Therapist)

Josh is a Physiotherapist who treats a range of musculoskeletal conditions, from acute injuries to chronic pain, including return-to-sport and sport performance.

He’s originally from Winnipeg, Manitoba, where he obtained his Bachelor of Kinesiology and Master’s of Physical Therapy. His treatment values are rooted in education, exercise, and manual therapy.

He believes it’s important for everyone to have the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to become an active participant in their own rehab. This, combined with the support he provides at every step of the way, tends to leave his clients feeling empowered and strong.

Josh has always been an active person and enjoys almost every sport played on a court or a field. His lifelong passion for sport led him to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, which he earned from the University of Manitoba in 2014.

As a Kinesiologist, Josh worked at a medical fitness facility where he led fitness classes, taught educational seminars on chronic diseases, and served clients as an avid personal trainer. This role helped him discover his passion for helping people with their health and fitness, and made him realize he wanted to be more involved in caring for his clients-- handling rehab, recovery, and performance. So, in 2015, he went back to school to obtain his Master of Physical Therapy.
